ISLAMABAD: According to ARY News, the government is not allowed to relocate human rights defender Imaan Mazari outside of the federal capital, according the Islamabad High Court (IHC).

The Interior Secretary, IG Islamabad, and the FIA were ordered not to deport Iman Mazari from Islamabad by IHC judge Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb, according to the facts.

Additionally, the court decided that Shireen Mazari’s daughter could not be held in any case brought after August 20.

The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) previously imprisoned human rights attorney Imaan Mazari for three days in relation to the “collection of funds to fuel anti-state activities.”

Imaan Mazari was instructed to be physically detained pending the discovery of the alleged cash and the arrest of further suspected collaborators since she is allegedly charged with “collecting funds to fuel anti-state activities,” according to the prosecution.

Imaan Mazari, a human rights attorney, was incarcerated once more by the capital police despite receiving post-arrest parole from an anti-terrorism court (ATC) in a case claiming “interference in state affairs.”

A little while after leaving the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC), Islamabad police officers apprehended the lawyer again outside Adiala Jail.It is important to note that Imaan Mazari was granted bail in a sedition case by ATC Judge Abu Al-Hasanat Zul-Qarnain in exchange for Rs 30,000 in surety bonds.

The prosecutor claimed that Imaan Mazari is accused of ‘collecting funds to fuel anti-state activities’ and demanded her physical remand to recover the alleged funds and apprehend other potential co-conspirators.

It is pertinent to mention here that the capital police again arrested the human rights lawyer, Imaan Mazari after an Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) granted her post-arrest bail in a case related to “interference in state affairs”.

Just after getting bail from the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC), the Islamabad police officials again arrested the advocate outside Adiala Jail.

It is pertinent to mention here that an ATC Judge Abu Al-Hasanat Zul-Qarnain, granted Imaan Mazari bail in a sedition case against surety bonds of Rs30,000.
