
Six member Balochistan caretaker cabinet takes oath

QUETTA: In the second phase, Balochistan Governor Abdul Wali Kakar administered the oath of office to six members of the newly formed five-member caretaker cabinet.
According to sources, the six new members include Nawabzada Jamal Raisani, Sardar Ejaz Jaffar, Sheikh Mehmood Ulhassan Mandokhel, Amanullah Kanrani, Dr. Ameer Muhammad Jogezi, and Asif Rehman.
Several provincial politicians and acting Chief Minister Ali Mardan Domki were present for the ceremony. Due to the inclusion of new members to the cabinet, Balochistan currently has 11 caretaker ministers and three secretaries.
The new caretaker government members for Balochistan were sworn in earlier. Capt (Retd) Zubair Jamali, Prince Ahmed Ali, Amjad Rasheed, Abdul Qadir Baloch, and Jan Achakzai make up the caretaker cabinet for Balochistan.
As the interim chief minister of Balochistan, Ali Mardan Domki takes the oath of office.
The interim chief minister of Balochistan was sworn in by the province’s governor, Malik Abdul Wali Kakar.
Domki’s appointment as the interim chief minister of Balochistan was approved by the governor on the advice of the legislative committee, which sent Domki’s name to him yesterday night.
The politician and senator Mir Hazoor Bakhsh hails from the Lehri province of Balochistan, and his son is Ali Mardan Domki.
As per details, the six new member includes Nawabzada Jamal Raisani, Sardar Ejaz Jaffar, Sheikh Mehmood Ulhassan Mandokhel, Amanullah Kanrani, Dr Ameer Muhammad Jogezi and Asif Rehman.
The oath taking ceremony was attended by Caretaker Chief Minister Ali Mardan Domki and other provincial ministers. With the addition of new members, the number of caretaker ministers of Balochistan has reached 11, while three secretaries are also included in the cabinet.
Earlier, new members of Balochistan caretaker cabinet took oath in the first phase. The caretaker cabinet members of Balochistan who took oath include Capt (Retd) Zubair Jamali, Prince Ahmed Ali, Amjad Rasheed, Abdul Qadir Baloch and Jan Achakzai.
