RAWALPINDI: According to a statement from the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the Pakistan Army on Monday expressed dismay over PTI Chairman Imran Khan’s “anti-military statements” made at his party’s electoral rally in Faisalabad on Sunday.In a statement, the military’s media wing said that it is “aghast at the defamatory and uncalled for statements about the senior leadership of the Pakistan Army” made by Khan.The institution is losing lives every day to ensure the security and safety of the Pakistani people, hence it is regrettable that an attempt has been made to undermine top leadership of [the] Pakistan Army.
