Pakistan’s head coach pinpoints areas for improvement

Pakistan head coach Grant Bradburn identifies areas of improvement within the national team, saying that regardless of the composition of the squad, they still need improvement in the middle, where the team has not had much success in recent times.
Speaking to the media in Lahore on Wednesday, Bradburn emphasized the value of an aggressive style of play, especially in the middle of the period.
“We’re very clear about the starting XI; we’re very clear about our batting approach, how we want to approach the game. We’re very clear about how we want to attack the game, especially in the middle of the innings. So we think.
Pakistan haven’t done that well in in the middle period as we should and as you can see behind me we are working hard to develop some skills to really attack this middle period not only with the bat but also with the ball and our little placement so we want to get through this period goal we want to get it in this period and go on to 40 with a lot of wickets in hand when they are at bat, Bradburn said.
In addition, Bradburn said that national team manager Mickey Arthur also wants the players to use their skills and play in a way that ensures victory. “You saw the way the boys played in Sri Lanka during the Test series and you can see the way they are playing here now. So they want to play an aggressive style, they want to use their skills, and that’s exactly what I will demand and Mickey will demand that next week take them to the Hambantota Center at the beginning,” he added. Pakistan will play a three-match ODI series against.
